  • This NITB apartment is located in the heart of Belfast city centre.  The self catering furnished apartment is close to Belfast City Hall and Grand Opera House - just a 2/3 minute walk.
  • It is ideally located for anyone visiting or working in the city - convenient to shops, restaurants &  night life.  
  • Major transport links (train, bus & taxis) are just a few minutes walk.
  • Our Apartments are definitely not suitable for any types of parties/hens/stags (as the apartment is located in a residential complex).  In the case of a complaint from the Management Company your 100 deposit will be forfeited. 
  • Rates FROM:
    • 375 per week
    • 60 per night
    • The longer you stay with us, the cheaper the rate - please contact us for a quote
    • Minimum 2 night stay

  • At a reduced cost of 6 for 24hr period (this rate also includes any Public Holidays etc)
  • You will need to present the car park attendant with a print out of an email from Mullan Property confirming you are a guest staying in our College Central apartment
  • (Please note: 6 covers a 24hrs period however there is an additional charge of 1.50 for each hour over that period
